Translating Komatsu's industrial heritage ("Solid & Agile") into a robot vacuum. The PV03E communicates reliability through a design language derived from heavy forestry machinery.
My Contribution:
• Electronics Integration: Engineered an Arduino-based controller to enable interactive lighting sequences and wireless phone control, elevating the model from static display to interactive prototype.
• Prototyping: Combined industrial clay modeling, laser cutting, and 3D scanning to realize complex double-curved surfaces.
• Finish: Executed professional painting, vinyl cutting and surface finishing to match Komatsu's strict CMF standards.
